An account terminated by PodcastPeople will not be backed-up for any reason and will be immediately deleted from our servers.
All material posted to the PodcastPeople site remains under the ownership if its creator. We claim no intellectual property rights to the content you provide. All the material uploaded to our servers will be removed along with personal account information when an account is terminated.
PodcastPeople, the PodcastPeople logo and the PodcastPeople design are trademarks (or trade dress) of PodcastPeople, and may not be used without express written permission from Modified Media, Inc. All other trademarks not owned by PodcastPeople that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by PodcastPeople.
